VANILLA SPONGE

Ahh an old classic. The UK’s most popular flavour. Soft vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam.

CHOCOLATE SPONGE

A decadent chocolate cake with a generous layer of chocolate buttercream.

LEMON DRIZZLE

Deliciously sweet and tangy with lemon curd and lemon buttercream

SALTED CARAMEL

My favourite cake with salted caramel buttercream. Such an opulent flavour too good not to share.

EXPRESSO CAKE

Put the kettle on and have a slice of aromatic coffee cake with coffee buttercream made exclusively with Nespresso coffee, because you deserve the best.

COCONUT SPONGE

Top marks for texture and taste! Our delicious sponge has cupfuls of desiccated coconut with raspberry jam and coconut buttercream

CARROT CAKE

Dreamy with cream cheese flavoured frosting. Another firm favourite and it has carrots in so that makes it 1 of your 5 a day right?

RED VELVET

The American classic, famous for its distinctive red colour and hint of vanilla and cocoa served with cream cheese flavoured frosting.

MORELLO CHERRY WITH CHOCOLATE SPONGE

A match made in heaven. Cherries baked into the sponge with cherry jam and cherry chocolate buttercream.

CHOCOLATE ORANGE

Another personal favourite taking the chocolate cake recipe but adding marmalade and chocolate orange buttercream to give it that citrus, zesty kick.

CHOCOLATE MINT

Delicious chocolate sponge with chocolate mint buttercream. No need to wait till after eight to eat this. Grab a fork and dive right in!

BLUEBERRY

A delightful fruity option! Blueberry buttercream and a layer of blueberry jam, makes this cake light yet not overly sweet and those juicy, fresh blueberries add a bit of colour to every slice.

NUTELLA SPONGE**

A chocoholics dream. Nutella is used in the sponge, layered on the top once baked and sandwiched together with Nutella buttercream. Simply put, you’ll go nuts over this one.

MANGO AND PASSIONFRUIT

If you could taste Summer, this would pretty much sum it up. Here’s a taste of the exotic with mango sponge and a passionfruit coulis layer finished with mango and passionfruit flavoured buttercream.

Dietary and allergen information

Here at Studio8cakes, we would like to ensure that you have all the information you need regarding product ingredients and preparation. All cakes leave the premises with a sticker guide or paperwork to show what main allergens are present in the ordered products. We do ask that you inform us of any allergies you may have at the time of ordering, regardless of what flavour cake you order as we want to be mindful of the risks of cross-contamination. Certain food colours, sprinkles and decorations may also contain one of the main allergens eg: WHEAT GLUTEN so by giving us as much information as possible will help us choose the right products for you. Should you require any further information then do drop us an email and we’d be happy to assist you.

Cross- contamination.

Please be aware that all of our goods are baked and prepared using the same kitchen facilities, which also handle all the main allergens including DAIRY, EGGS, GLUTEN (WHEAT) , NUTS and SOYA. Personally, I am all too aware of allergies as we have first hand knowledge of dealing with someone who has a peanut allergy so we take extra care in handling all orders by following the neccessary steps needed to ensure cross contamination doesn’t happen. However, there is always a risk that one of our products (which contain a main allergen Eg: NUTS) could have come into contact with another product. therefore we advise people to take this information into account before deciding to purchase.

GANACHE

Unless requested otherwise, all sugar paste covered cakes are coated in dark chocolate ganache as standard and contains DAIRY & SOYA. The ganache may also contain traces of WHEAT GLUTEN.
